
Mr. Muhammed Amin (Chairman)
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Muhammed Amin, a Chartered Accountant, brings over 30 years of leadership experience in senior management roles within renowned FMCG companies. He served as CEO of Gillette Pakistan Limited until 2000, and subsequently as Regional Business Director for Gillette Middle East and Africa from 2001 to 2003. Following this, Mr. Amin led Mondelez Pakistan Limited as CEO for over a decade, until 2014. In 2015, he founded Sunridge Foods and served as its CEO until January 2020.
Mr. Amin is currently a board member of Cyan Limited, Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited, and Dawood Lawrencepur Limited. His extensive experience also includes serving on the Board of Governors for the British Overseas School, the Executive Committee of the American Business Council, the Management Committee of the Lasbela Chamber of Industry, and the Executive Committee of the Pakistan Advertisers Society. Additionally, he is a sponsor and non-executive director of International Packaging Films Limited.

Mr. Naveed Godil (Chief Executive Officer)
Executive Director
Mr. Naveed Godil is a visionary business leader with 26 years of experience and a strong focus on the packaging industry. He began his career in the financial markets and quickly transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding Fortune Securities in 1999. In 2010, Mr. Godil entered the packaging industry, establishing Universal Packaging Company (Private) Limited, specializing in Rotogravure Printing Packaging. He steadily expanded his operations and became a pioneer in Pakistan’s packaging sector.
In 2015, he founded International Packaging Films Limited, which rapidly grew into a large group of companies offering high-quality, innovative packaging solutions. Mr. Godil currently serves as CEO of several companies within the group, including International Packaging Films Limited, Universal Packaging Company, Cast Packaging Films, Petpak Films, Global Packaging Films, Universal Coating Films, and IPAK Connect Packaging Materials Trading – FZCO. His leadership has been instrumental in driving growth and innovation in the industry.


Mr. Saad Amanullah Khan (Independent Director)
Mr. Saad Amanullah Khan spent 30 years in senior management at Procter & Gamble, including seven years as CEO of Gillette Pakistan. He has served as President of the American Business Council (ABC) twice and is an active Executive Director of the Overseas Investors Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OICCI). Since taking early retirement in 2014, Mr. Khan has focused on social impact and governance. He serves on the boards of Jaffer Brothers, NBP Funds, Fauji Fertilizer, K-Electric, and ZIL Limited. He is the Chairman and founder of Pakistan Innovation Foundation (PIF), a founding board member of SEALA and the I Am Karachi Consortium, and past President of the Public Interest Law Association of Pakistan (PILAP). Mr. Khan holds two engineering degrees and an MBA from The University of Michigan, USA, and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee at FFC.
Mr. Sarfaraz A. Rehman (Independent Director)
Mr. Sarfaraz Ahmed Rehman is a chartered accountant and seasoned business executive with experience at multinational companies, including Unilever, GSK, Jardine Matheson/Olayan JV, and PepsiCo. In 2005, he became the founding CEO of Engro Foods, transforming it into Pakistan’s largest liquid dairy company. He took a sabbatical in 2012 to help establish the Karachi School for Business and Leadership and returned to Engro Foods as CEO from 2013 to 2015. Mr. Rehman also served as Chairman of the Broadcasters and Advertisers Council until 2018 and was the inaugural Chairman of the Effie Awards in Pakistan. He has mentored numerous corporate executives, including those at Careem and Gatron-Novatex. Since June 2020, he has been the CEO of FFBL, where he successfully turned the company from a significant loss to profitability.


Mr. Abdul Aleem Tinwala (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Abdul Aleem Tinwala is an emerging business leader with a strong entrepreneurial background, having been born into a family with deep roots in the flexible packaging industry. As a director of Saima Packaging (Private) Limited, the family-owned business, he is actively driving the modernization of production facilities and spearheading the company’s growth and development strategies. With a Master’s degree in Business Management from the prestigious University of Bristol, United Kingdom, Mr. Tinwala brings a fresh perspective and innovative mindset to the business. His leadership is focused on optimizing operations and expanding the company’s market presence in an increasingly competitive industry.
Mr. Aftab Zahoor Raja (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Aftab Zahoor Raja is an accomplished entrepreneur with a focus on real estate investments and the packaging industry. He began his career as an exporter of shell suits and spices before transitioning into real estate. Over the past six years, he has expanded into manufacturing as a co-founder of International Packaging Films Limited. Mr. Raja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Punjab University. His philanthropic efforts are driven by a commitment to serving the community through his entrepreneurial ventures.


Mr. Arsalan Pirani (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Arsalan Pirani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, and is a seasoned entrepreneur with proven leadership and strategic skills. As a lead sponsor and Non-Executive Director at International Packaging Films Limited, Mr. Pirani has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction and growth.
His diverse business acumen spans across multiple industries, including the packaging sector, real estate development, automobile manufacturing, and trading operations. Mr. Pirani has successfully guided the strategy, planning, and execution of numerous high-impact projects, leveraging his expertise to drive innovation and long-term value creation across his ventures.
Mr. Fazal ul Rehman (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Fazal ul Rehman embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 14, marking the beginning of a successful career spanning over 40 years. His ventures have expanded across multiple industries and continents, reflecting a broad spectrum of expertise. In 1983, he relocated to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where his business steadily grew, now with multiple branches across the kingdom. Over the years, Mr. Fazal has diversified the family’s portfolio, expanding into real estate, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, contracting, and agriculture. Driven by a vision to give back, Mr. Fazal is now focused on contributing to the broader community through active participation in philanthropic initiatives.


Mr. Mushtaq A. Tejani (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Mushtaq Ali Tejani is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the domestic consumer goods sector. His business portfolio includes ventures in both fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and the packaging industry. Over the past six years, Mr. Tejani has expanded into the packaging sector, where he co-founded International Packaging Films Limited. Mr. Taimoor Iqbal (Non-Executive Director)
Mr. Taimoor Iqbal is an accomplished entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience across various industry sectors in Pakistan and the UAE. In addition to his role at International Packaging Films Limited, he is actively involved in businesses related to automobiles, real estate development, and other trading ventures. For the past eight years, Mr. Iqbal has significantly enhanced IPAK’s operations, fostering strong relationships with international suppliers such as Bruckner, BOBST, and SML through his charismatic leadership and interpersonal skills. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the prestigious American University of Sharjah (AUS).
